Hey dear reader and friend,

I know. Sorry. I’ve been quiet on the blog lately.
If you follow my other content, you might have noticed I moved from Finland to the U.S. with my family. For the first 3-4 weeks, we stayed in hotels and with friends, battling two viruses while searching for a home. It was interesting…

We ended up finding our dream home in south Florida, north of Miami, and now we’re settled. Oh, minus almost all the furniture. But I’ve got my studio set up here, and I am back to content production, big time.

How have you been? I’d love to know.

Don’t you think it’s time?
It’s time to make this a great year.
It’s time to challenge ourselves in a bigger way than ever.
It’s time to get comfortable with being uncomfortable because that is the only way to expand and grow.
It’s time to learn.
It’s time to get healthier.
It’s time to get stronger.
It’s time to (insert your favorite).

Too many people hold back on their dreams.
I did too.

I get to live my dream every day right now. It’s what I journaled, it’s what I envisioned, it’s what I manifested. Yet, it’s only a fraction of what I journal, and envision right now.

Where we are today is a direct expression of what we used to dream of, what we used to think of (whether good or bad).

This year I am challenging myself to do bigger things than ever before.
Look out for lots of new stuff.

Just to make it public, and hold myself accountable, here are some of the process goals I have committed to.

+ In the next 10 weeks, I will shoot 100 studio videos under my sub-brand Simplified™
I will distribute the content as a daily email series, on my podcast, and some here and on social media

+ I will create and distribute two daily short videos on social media
+ I will work out at least five times a week
+ I will stay committed to a healthy diet and healthy habits (90% of my meals)
+ I will take walks at least 6x per week
+ I will spend 90 minutes + learning every day (done it for 20+ years)
+ I will visualize and journal at least 30 minutes per day
+ I will finish my first book (not keep writing on the four ones I never finished)
+ I will practice gratitude and spread joy to people around me
+ I will commit myself even more to helping entrepreneurs live their dreams

Only one is a goal (finishing the book), the rest are process goals, things I am committing to doing. The rest are actually easy, as they are habits I am already into.
Some of them require more discipline from me, such as committing to writing and creating a shitload of videos.

I have plenty of big goals which I might share later (maybe).
