It gives you a simple framework for better understanding your results, where your gaps are, and most importantly, how to significantly improve your results.

So, what are they?
They are the (only) six types of activities you need to focus on in order to grow your revenues and profits. The cool part is, you can come up with a near-infinite way to perform each move.
It’s not the moves that are unique. They are not, and they will not surprise you. Rather, they are so simple that you might feel underwhelmed. But the important part is to identify the highest-yielding ways to perform each move. That’s the true skill here.

Make More Money Per Sale

Make More Profit
There you have them.
The first step is to become aware of them. Now that you are aware, you can start to assess your results. Ask yourself the following questions:
1. How many leads is my business generating per year? How are we achieving them?
2. How many leads are we converting into customers? How are we converting?
3. What is the average price per sale we make? How are we justifying the price?
4. How much is a customer worth to us over 12 months? (CLV) Why?
5. What is our gross profit margin? Why?
6. What is our net profit margin and our net profits (EBITDA)? Why?
I implore you to do this exercise. It will give you clarity, and the baseline you need to grow.
Next, take a deep look at the cause-and-effect relationships between your results and what you are doing to achieve them?
Then, set a goal for your growth, gross profit, and net profits.
Brainstorm ideas for what you could do to improve in your desired areas (why not all six areas…)
Implement your ideas.
Track and adjust.
Systematize the whole thing.
Manage it.
See your business and profits skyrocket.
No, I mean it.
Let me share a quick example of the miracle of compounding.
Check this out.
Let’s say your company generates 100 leads per month.
Could you increase leads by 10% without extra costs if you really wanted to?
Sure you could.
Let’s say your company turns 70% of leads into bookings, 70% of bookings into sales conversations, and 20% of sales calls into sales.
Could you improve by 10% in all these areas with the right strategies and skills?
Sure you could.
Let’s say the average price of your offering is $10k
With the right mindset and skills, could you find ways to justify a 10% higher price, either by just raising the price or adding more value?
Of course, you could.
And let’s say on average you sell every client one more service/product of $10k. With the right skills, could you sell it at 10% more? And could you get 10% more to buy the back-end offer?
Sure you could.
And let’s say your gross margin is 60%.
With the right skills, could you make it 10% better (an increase of 10 percentage units)?
Of course.
Congratulations. You just grew your revenues by 149% (from 2,35 million to 5,85 million).
You grew your gross profits 190% from 1,4 million to 4,1 million!)
And if you kept your operating expenses the same (which you might, or might not be able to do), you just grew your net profits by 456% from 571k to 3,17 million!!
Sure, you might need to grow your overheads, but in any case, you grew your profits exponentially thanks to the compounding effect in The Money Equation™.
